- RAYA /1978 - 2009/
- I work in matter. Cuting it, hammering it, grinding it, polishing it. I like to take from its rough body. I work with air. Weaving it, wrapping it, enclosing it, building it in. In the body it starts to breathe. I work with time. It helps me to understand that I still should learn, explore and thereby know. I work on myself on the boundary between spirit and matter. I get my inspiration from non-sensuous codes and change them into tangible substances. Trying to put the abstract above the real and the general above the particular through a play challenge of the senses. RAYA Georgieva
